This is the most popular option chose by majority of customers for door to door shipping services to Asia.

Documentations and empty cartons (if you choose Crown Ace carton option) will ONLY be despatched out via our appointed courier once we have received confirmed Purchase Order from our in house on-line system and cleared deposit payments. Standard customers usually receive delivery within 3 working days.

Collection dates are based on our fixed monthly schedule which are done on the last week (weekdays) of the month. Collection is available however on every alternate Sunday for Central London area only. Our standard prices include free first delivery of empty cartons and one free collection if your area is within our free collection zone. Should your area falls outside our free collection zone, a charge of £5 per carton will apply for item up to 6 cubic feet.

Request collection on any other dates are available subject to a £10 surcharge for item which are less than 6 cubic feet. Cartons will be shipped out within a week after end of the month collection with an estimated delivery time of (6 - 7 weeks for Peninsular Malaysia & 7 - 8 weeks for East Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Philippines) from the loading date.

Please note that due to safety reason we are unable to collect items which are not packed in a box. Large items such as furniture can be shipped at senders risk (subject to being packed properly and suitable for shipment). Any items that the management feels unsuitable for shipment will not be accepted.

Minimum charge per order of £40 for Peninsular Malaysia & £100 for East Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Philippines applies.
